Ingredients

  • 1 C THRIVE Sweet Corn
  • 1 C THRIVE Green Peas
  • 1/2 C THRIVE Red Bell Peppers
  • 1/2 C THRIVE Mushroom Pieces
  • 1/4 C THRIVE Chopped Onions
  • 1 1/2 C Water
  • 3 Tbsp Butter
  • 1 tsp Garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Basil
  • 1 tsp Parsley
  • 1/2 tsp THRIVE Chefs Choice

Directions

  1. In a medium-size bowl, combine vegetables and water and stir well to reconstitute.
  2. Allow to rest for 5–10 minutes. In a large sauté pan, melt butter and garlic together and sweat for a minute to get pan hot.
  3. Add vegetables with any remaining water from reconstitution.
  4. Sauté until vegetables are hot and most liquid is gone.
  5. Season vegetables with herbs and season salt and serve
