Chicken & Veggie Sweet Chili

This mild, sweet Chili uses mostly THRIVE ingredients, and is easy to make.

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp. Tomato Powder
- 2 c. THRIVE Tomato Dices - Freeze Dried
- 1/4 c. Mixed Bell Peppers
- 1/8 c. THRIVE Carrot Dices
- 1/4 c. THRIVE Celery - Freeze Dried
- 1/4 c. THRIVE Sweet Corn - Freeze Dried
- 1/4 c. THRIVE Broccoli - Freeze Dried
- 1/2 c. THRIVE Zucchini - Freeze Dried
- 1/4 c. THRIVE Mango - Freeze Dried
- 1/4 c. THRIVE Instant Black Beans
- 1/4 c. THRIVE Instant Red Beans
- 1/4 c. Instant Pinto Beans
- 3 tbsp. THRIVE Green Onions - Freeze Dried
- 1/2 tsp. Peppercorn
- 4 tbsp. THRIVE Honey Crystals
- 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp. Salt, Table
- 1/2 tsp. Black Pepper
- 2 1/2 tsp. Chili Powder
- 4 1/2 c. Water
- 1/2 c. THRIVE Chopped Chicken - Freeze Dried (Optional)
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a crock pot.
- Cook on high heat for 2 hours, then on low heat for 1 hour.
- Serve warm, over a serving of rice, and if desired, top with cheese.
- For Vegetarian options, simply omit the Chopped Chicken, and reduce water by 1/2 of the amount of chicken.
