Chicken Quinoa Skillet

Ingredients
- 1 c Organic Quinoa cook as directed
- 1 c THRIVE Broccoli - Freeze Dried
- 1 c THRIVE Chopped Spinach - Freeze Dried
- 1 c THRIVE Chopped Chicken - Freeze Dried
- 1/4 c THRIVE Green Chili Peppers - Freeze Dried
- 1/2 tsp THRIVE Chefs Choice
- 1/2 tsp Peppercorn
- 3 clv garlic minced
- 1/2 c THRIVE Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese - Freeze Dried refreshed
- 1/2 c Sour Cream
Directions
- Cook quinoa as directed, then add to oven safe skillet. Refresh chicken, broccoli, spinach, and green chili peppers; add to quinoa.
- Stir into the skillet the chefs choice, peppercorn, garlic and sour cream. Mix all ingredients well.
- Top with monterey jack cheese. Place skillet in 350 degree oven for 15 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted.
