Ingredients

  • 3 c. THRIVE Seasoned Chicken Slices - Freeze Dried
  • 1 c. THRIVE Red Bell Peppers - Freeze Dried
  • 1 c. THRIVE Green Bell Peppers - Freeze Dried
  • 1 2/3 c. Hot Tap Water
  • 2 tbsp. Canola or Olive Oil
  • 1 c. Pesto This is an approximate amount. Add to taste.

Directions

  1. Put chicken and peppers in bowl, add hot tap water stir or tumble to incorporate water through meat and peppers. Let sit for 10-15 minutes until water is absorbed.
  2. Add oil to large skillet and heat on stove top. After meat and peppers are rehydrated, add to hot pan and allow to saute for 3-4 minutes, stirring.
  3. Add enough pesto to coat chicken and peppers well and cook for additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  4. Serve immediately.
