Chicken Pesto

Ingredients
- 3 c. THRIVE Seasoned Chicken Slices - Freeze Dried
- 1 c. THRIVE Red Bell Peppers - Freeze Dried
- 1 c. THRIVE Green Bell Peppers - Freeze Dried
- 1 2/3 c. Hot Tap Water
- 2 tbsp. Canola or Olive Oil
- 1 c. Pesto This is an approximate amount. Add to taste.
Directions
- Put chicken and peppers in bowl, add hot tap water stir or tumble to incorporate water through meat and peppers. Let sit for 10-15 minutes until water is absorbed.
- Add oil to large skillet and heat on stove top. After meat and peppers are rehydrated, add to hot pan and allow to saute for 3-4 minutes, stirring.
- Add enough pesto to coat chicken and peppers well and cook for additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
- Serve immediately.
