Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp. Garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp. Butter or THRIVE Butter
  • 1/4 c. THRIVE Sausage Crumbles FD
  • 1/4 c. THRIVE Chopped Onions FD
  • 5 c. water
  • 1/3 c. THRIVE Ground Beef FD
  • 1/2 c. THRIVE Seasoned Chicken Slices FD
  • 1/4 c. THRIVE Red Bell Peppers FD
  • 1/4 c. THRIVE Green Bell Peppers FD
  • 1/4 c. THRIVE Sweet Corn FD
  • 1/3 c. THRIVE Instant Pinto Beans
  • 1 tsp. cumin
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 tsp. THRIVE Chefs Choice
  • 1/2 tsp. Peppercorn
  • 1 tbsp. THRIVE Chicken Bouillon
  • 2 tbsp. THRIVE Tomato Powder
  • 1 tbsp. lime juice
  • 1/2 tbsp. Cholula hot sauce
  • 3/4 c. corn tortillas, cut into medium pieces
  • 1/2 c. THRIVE Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese - Freeze Dried
  • 2 tbsp. THRIVE Green Onions - Freeze Dried
  • 1/2 c. THRIVE Tomato Dices - Freeze Dried
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. Cilantro

Directions

  1. In a 2 qt. pot, sweat garlic and butter together. Add sausage and onions and lightly brown.
  2. Add water and all remaining ingredients except cheese, green onions, tomatoes, and cilantro. Bring to a simmer and simmer for 4–5 minutes.
  3. Fold in remaining ingredients and simmer for another 2–3 minutes. Allow to rest for 1–2 minutes before serving.
