Ingredients
- 1/2 c. THRIVE onions, diced
- 2 tbsp. butter or Thrive butter
- 2 tsp. garlic, minced or Thrive Garlic
- 2 c. THRIVE Ground Beef (Hamburger)
- 1/2 tsp. THRIVE Chefs Choice
- 3 tbsp. THRIVE Espagnole (Savory Beef Gravy)
- 1/4 tsp. Peppercorn
- 1 3/4 c. water
- 1 tbsp. Brown Sugar
- 1 tsp. cider vinegar
- 1/2 c. ketchup
- 1 tbsp. mustard
Directions
- Sauté onions in butter until softened. Add garlic and sauté a bit longer.
- Add all remaining ingredients except ketchup and mustard and bring to a simmer for 3 minutes.
- Add ketchup and mustard and simmer for an additional 6 minutes, or until thick.
- Serve on rolls or hamburger buns in ½ cup servings.
