Ingredients
- 1 c. THRIVE Ground Beef - FD
- 3/4 c. THRIVE Celery - FD
- 3/4 c. THRIVE Carrot Dices
- 1 tsp. Basil
- 1 tsp. Parsley
- 2 tbsp. Butter, salted or THRIVE Butter
- 3 tsp. THRIVE Chicken Bouillon plus 3 cups water
- 3 c. THRIVE Potato Chunks
- 1/2 c. THRIVE Béchamel (Creamy White Sauce)
- 3/4 c. THRIVE Cheese Sauce
- 1/2 c. THRIVE Shredded Cheddar Cheese - FD
- 1 1/2 c. THRIVE Instant Milk
- 1/2 tsp. Black Pepper
- 1/4 c. THRIVE Sour Cream Powder
- 6 c. Water
Directions
- In a pot add the butter and onion to brown.
- Add the rest of the ingredients to the pot, except shredded cheese, and simmer until the potatoes and carrots are soft.
- Add the cheese just before serving.
