Ingredients
- 1 c. THRIVE Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 tbsp. Garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp. Butter or THRIVE butter
- 1/2 c. White Wine
- 2 c. Water
- 1 c. THRIVE Béchamel (Creamy White Sauce)
- 1/4 c. THRIVE Cheese Blend
- 1/4 tsp. THRIVE Chefs Choice
- 1/2 c. THRIVE Shredded Parmesan Cheese
- 2 oz. Cream Cheese
Directions
- Reconstitute the cheese and refrigerate.
- Sweat garlic, butter, and wine and let reduce by 3/4. Add in water, bechamel, and cheese blend. Stir to combine and bring to a simmer.
- Add seasonings and simmer for a couple minutes. Fold in reconstituted cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, and cream cheese.
