Cauliflower Tots

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 c. THRIVE Cauliflower- Freeze Dried crushed (should equal about 1 cup crushed)
- 2 tbsp. THRIVE Scrambled Egg Mix
- 1 tbsp. Thrive Onion Dices
- 1 tsp THRIVE Chefs Choice
- 1/4 c. THRIVE Mashed Potatos
- 1/4 c. Plain Bread Crumbs
- 1/4 c. THRIVE Shredded Cheddar Cheese - Freeze Dried refreshed
- 1 c. Water
Directions
- Mix all ingredients except cheese and water in a large bowl. Add water and mix, allowing to sit about 5 minutes.
- Add cheese and mix.
- Preheat oven to 375. Prepare a baking sheet with cooking spray.
- Form mixture into "tater-tot size" logs (about 1"x1.5") and place on baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes, turning half-way through bake time. Serve with ketchup or preferred dipping sauce.
