Broccoli Chicken Alfredo

Ingredients
- 1 C Thrive Life Diced Chicken, rehydrated and drained
- 3 Tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 C Thrive Life Red Bell Peppers, broken into pieces and rehydrated
- 1 C Thrive Life Broccoli, rehydrated
- 2 C milk
- 3/4 C parmesan cheese
- 1/4 C fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 lb cooked spaghetti
- bacon strips (cooked and chopped)
Directions
- Grease hot skillet with 1 Tbsp butter or oil. Add garlic and cook until browned and fragrant.
- Add chicken and salt and pepper. Cook until slightly browned.
- Add red pepper and broccoli and mix.
- Add milk, 2 Tbsp butter, and parmesan. Cook until combined well and cheese and butter are melted.
- Add parsley, spaghetti, and bacon. Let cook a little longer so sauce can thicken.
- Let stand 2-3 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!
