Breakfast Burrito in a Jar

Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp Thrive Life Sausage Crumbles
- 1/4 C Thrive Life Potato Dices
- 1/4 C Thrive Life Red Bell Peppers
- 1/4 C Thrive Life Green Bell Peppers
- 1 tsp Thrive Life Chopped Onions
- 1/4 C Thrive Life Scrambled Egg Mix
- 2 Tbsp Thrive Life Cheddar Cheese
- 1/2 tsp Thrive Life Chef's Choice seasoning
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 flour tortillas
- 1/4 C salsa (optional)
Directions
- Before you begin, add the sausage to a baggie and gently break it up with a kitchen mallet. The smaller pieces will refresh better.
- Layer a wide mouth pint jar with all the dry ingredients starting with the sausage and moving down the list until the pepper.
- When you are ready to make your breakfast, add 1 cup water to the jar, screw the lid on tight, and shake it up.
- Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes.
- Cook in microwave uncovered for 2 minutes.
- Enjoy right out of the jar with a little salsa or scoop it into tortillas to make breakfast burritos. Make a week’s worth ahead of time for easy on-the-go breakfasts—Just add water and cook when you need them!
