  • 1 Peeled Avocado
  • 10 Pieces Thrive Banana Slices
  • 1 Cup Thrive Blueberries
  • 1/2 Cup Coconut Milk
  • 2- 1/2 Cups Water
  • 1/4 Cup Thrive Kale
  • 1/2 Cup Thrive Pineapple Chunks
  • 1/2 Tsp Fresh Ginger
  • 1 Tbsp Thrive Honey Crystals
  • 1/8 Tsp Thrive Limeade or 1/2 Tsp Lime Juice

Directions
