- 1 Peeled Avocado
- 10 Pieces Thrive Banana Slices
- 1 Cup Thrive Blueberries
- 1/2 Cup Coconut Milk
- 2- 1/2 Cups Water
- 1/4 Cup Thrive Kale
- 1/2 Cup Thrive Pineapple Chunks
- 1/2 Tsp Fresh Ginger
- 1 Tbsp Thrive Honey Crystals
- 1/8 Tsp Thrive Limeade or 1/2 Tsp Lime Juice
