Ingredients
- 2 1/2 c. Thrive Instant Black Beans
- 1/2 c. Thrive Sausage Crumbles
- 1/4 c. Thrive Chopped Onions
- 1/2 c. Thrive Red Bell Peppers
- 1/2 c. Thrive Green Bell Peppers
- 1 c. Thrive Tomato Dices
- 1 tsp. Chili Powder
- 1/2 tsp. Cumin
- 1 tsp. Iodized Salt
- 1/4 tsp. Chipotle Powder
- 1 tsp. Thrive Chefs Choice
- 1 tbsp. Thrive Beef Bouillon
- 7 1/2 c. Water
- 1/4 c. Cilantro
- 1 tbsp. Lime Juice
Directions
- In a 2–3 quart saucepan, combine all ingredients together except cilantro and lime juice and simmer for 20 minutes on medium heat.
- Add cilantro and lime juice after cooking and stir.
- Let rest for 5 minutes and then enjoy!
