Better Gingerbread Cookies

My second attempt for Gingerbread cookies. I think this one is better. Uses Vanilla Sugar cookie mix and less sugar.

Ingredients
- 3 1/3 c. THRIVE Vanilla Sugar Cookie Mix
- 3/4 c. Butter
- 1 tbsp. THRIVE Scrambled Egg Mix or one egg
- 2 tbsp. Water (if using scramble egg mix)
- 1/2 tsp. Ground Ginger
- 1/2 tsp. Ground Cloves
- 1/2 tsp. Ground Nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
- 1/3 c. Molasses
Directions
- Cream together egg, molasses, ginger, cloves, nutmeg, and cinnamon.
- add cookie mix and mix until it forms a ball
- Optional: Refrigerate for a couple of hours
- on a flour surface roll out and cut shapes
- place on greased cookie sheet or use parchment paper
- bake at 350 for 12 to 15 minutes
- allow to cool completely before frosting
