  • 1/2 c. THRIVE Blueberries - Freeze Dried
  • 1 tsp. THRIVE Honey Crystals Prepared
  • 1/2 c. THRIVE Raspberries - Freeze Dried


  1. Preheat oven to 150 degrees
  2. In Blender, Powder the berries. Add honey and 1/4 cup water to make a thin paste. Add more water if pace is too thick. Stir well, then spread a thin layer on silicone mat on parchment lined cookie sheet
  3. The parchment paper is required as it will be cut after roll ups are complete.
  4. Place in oven for 6 to 8 hours until no longer sticky and shine is dulled
  5. Remove and let cool. Roll the fruit and paper together then cut with scissors to desired length
