Beef Fried Rice

Ingredients
- 1 c. THRIVE Ground Beef (Hamburger)
- 2 clv. Garlic, Raw
- 1/2 c. THRIVE Carrot Dices
- 1/3 c. THRIVE Celery
- 1/2 c. THRIVE Chopped Onions
- 1/2 c. THRIVE Mushroom Pieces
- 1/2 c. THRIVE Green Peas
- 1 1/2 tsp. Parsley
- 1 tsp. Basil
- 1/4 tsp. Ground Ginger
- 5 c. Cooked Long Grain Rice
- 1/4 c. THRIVE Scrambled Egg Mix
- 1/3 c. Water
- 1/2 c. Soy Sauce
Directions
- In a large skillet, saute garilc 1-2 minutes over medium heat.
- Add ground beef, carrots, celery, onions, mushrooms, peas. Add just enough water to moisten all ingredients.
- Cook 5-7 min until all vegetables are tender.
- In a separate pan, wisk together Scrambled Egg Mix and 1/3 cup water. You can also use 2-3 fresh eggs in place of Egg Mix. Scramble and cook until done.
- Add parsley, basil, ginger, rice and eggs to the ground beef mixture. Stir until well mixed. Add soy sauce and heat through. Salt and pepper to taste.
