Ingredients

  • 1 c. THRIVE Ground Beef (Hamburger)
  • 2 clv. Garlic, Raw
  • 1/2 c. THRIVE Carrot Dices
  • 1/3 c. THRIVE Celery
  • 1/2 c. THRIVE Chopped Onions
  • 1/2 c. THRIVE Mushroom Pieces
  • 1/2 c. THRIVE Green Peas
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Parsley
  • 1 tsp. Basil
  • 1/4 tsp. Ground Ginger
  • 5 c. Cooked Long Grain Rice
  • 1/4 c. THRIVE Scrambled Egg Mix
  • 1/3 c. Water
  • 1/2 c. Soy Sauce

Directions

  1. In a large skillet, saute garilc 1-2 minutes over medium heat.
  2. Add ground beef, carrots, celery, onions, mushrooms, peas. Add just enough water to moisten all ingredients.
  3. Cook 5-7 min until all vegetables are tender.
  4. In a separate pan, wisk together Scrambled Egg Mix and 1/3 cup water. You can also use 2-3 fresh eggs in place of Egg Mix. Scramble and cook until done.
  5. Add parsley, basil, ginger, rice and eggs to the ground beef mixture. Stir until well mixed. Add soy sauce and heat through. Salt and pepper to taste.
