Ingredients
- 2 c. Beef Slices
- 1 c. THRIVE Carrot Dices (rehydrated)
- 1 c. THRIVE Celery - Freeze Dried
- 1 c. THRIVE Chopped Onions
- 1/2 c. THRIVE Tomato Dices
- 1/4 c. THRIVE Tomato Powder
- 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp. butter or THRIVE butter
- 1 tsp. Iodized Salt
- 1/2 tsp. Peppercorn
- 14 c. water
- 2 tbsp. THRIVE Chicken Bouillon
- 2 tbsp. THRIVE Beef Bouillon
- 3/4 c. Pearled Barley
Directions
- In a large pot, brown beef and veggies together in butter and oil.
- Season with salt and pepper. Add water, bouillons, and barley.
- Bring to a boil; reduce heat to low and simmer for 30–40 min.
