Dinner will be a snap with this basic Chicken Salad recipe - no bells or whistles - but don't be surprised when you have a hard time convincing your taste buds it's basic!

Ingredients
- 1 cup Thrive Life FD Chopped Chicken
- 1/3 cup Thrive Life FD Celery
- 1/4 cup Thrive Life FD Chopped Onions
- 3/4 cup Water
- 1/3 cup Mayo
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp Pepper
- 4 small or 2 large Croissants
Directions
- Combine Chicken, Celery, Onion, and Water in a mixing bowl. Stir until combined and moist. Set aside for 5-7 minutes to refresh.
- Add Mayo, Salt+Pepper and stir until well incorporated.
- Serve on Croissant rolls with Romaine Lettuce if desired.
