Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp. Orange Bliss + 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 c. Raisins
  • 1 c. White Flour (All Purpose Unbleached Flour)
  • 2 c. Whole Wheat Flour
  • 1 tsp. Baking Soda
  • 1 tsp. Iodized Salt
  • 2 tsp. Cinnamon
  • 2 tsp. Nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp. Allspice
  • 1 1/2 c. Cane Sugar
  • 2 tbsp. Whole Egg Powder + 1/4 cup water
  • 1 c. THRIVE Applesauce (prepared)
  • 1/2 c. molasses
  • 1/2 c. THRIVE Fuji Apple Slices - Freeze Dried (rehydrated)
  • 1/2 c. pecans, chopped

Directions

  1. Soak raisins in Orange Bliss. Preheat oven to 375F.
  2. Grease and flour a bundt pan. Sift flours, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and allspice together in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Add sugar, eggs, apple sauce, molasses, raisins, apples, and nuts. Mix well.
  4. Batter will be thick. Pour batter into a bundt pan and bake for 45–50 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
  5. Serve with ice cream or whipped cream.
