Ingredients

  • 2 lb. THRIVE Ground Beef (Hamburger)
  • 1 c. THRIVE Green Bell Peppers
  • 1 c. THRIVE Chopped Onions
  • 2 clv. Garlic
  • 3 c. Water
  • 4 tbsp. THRIVE Tomato Powder
  • 4 tbsp. THRIVE Tomato Sauce
  • 3 tbsp. Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp. THRIVE Italian Seasoning Blend
  • 3 ea Bay Leaves
  • 1 tbsp. Seasoned Salt
  • 1 tsp. Black Pepper
  • 2 c. Elbow Macaroni

Directions

  1. Mix together the Ground Beef, Green Peppers and Onions. Add water to rehydrate and then drain.
  2. Stir together all of the other ingredients except the Elbow Macaroni.
  3. Heat to boil, cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in Elbow Macaroni, cover and simmer until pasta is tender about 15 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and discard bay leaves. Enjoy.
  6. Serve in bowls with shredded cheese.
