  1. In a medium saucepan, combine all ingredients for beans except lime juice. Cook until liquid is mostly gone. Puree with hand blender or food processor until desired texture.
  2. Reconstitute chicken and bell peppers by placing in a small bowl and just covering them with cool water. Allow to stand 5 minutes (do not drain).
  3. In a blender, combine cilantro cream ingredients and blend until smooth. Best if refrigerated 1 hour before.
  4. In a skillet on high heat, saute onions and garlic, add chicken mixture, and saute together. Season with chili powder, cumin, Chef's Choice, and hot sauce.
  5. To make tostadas, spread refried beans onto each tostada. Cover with chicken mixture, then top with cheese, shredded lettuce, cilantro cream, guacamole, and THRIVE salsa.
