  • 3 1/4 c. Macaroon Cookies mix
  • 1/2 c. boiling water
  • 4 oz. almond bark

  1. Preheat oven to 350⁰F.
  2. Mix boiling water into macaroon mix and let sit for 5 minutes. Scoop dough onto a greased baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
  3. Once cookies are cool, put in fridge to chill. Once cookies are cold, melt chocolate and dip half of each cookie in chocolate. Let set up on a cookie sheet lined with wax paper for about 10 minutes.
