  • 1 c. Shredded Parmesan Cheese

  1. Add all dry ingredients together in a bowl and add in water. Mix until it is dough.
  2. Roll gnocchi dough into snake like ropes. It should be about 1/4 inch thick.
  3. Cut gnocchi into 1 inch pieces.
  4. Let dry while you make the soup
  5. Boil Gnocchi for about a minute and thirty seconds after they float in the soup.


  1. Sweat Garlic in Butter
  2. Add Onions & Celery
  3. Sprinkle in flour blend with butter to make a roux
  4. Add Milk and Chicken Broth
  5. Add Spinach, Bell Peppers and Chicken.
  6. Simmer for 10 minutes, then add gnocchi
  7. boil gnocchi until it floats, then cook 1.5 minutes longer
  8. Top with Parmesan cheese
