  1. In a large sieve (or colander with very small holes), combine the broccoli cauliflower, celery, and green peas. Place the colander into a large bowl of warm water. Allow veggies to rehydrate for 10 minutes. Drain.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine mayo, sugar, cheese, vinegar, salt, onion, and water. Whisk well to combine.
  3. Add the drained veggies and bacon to the mayo mixture and stir to combine well. Serve immediately or chill until ready to serve.
