Fruit Cocktail Assembly

  • 1/2 c. fruit mixture
  • 1/4 tsp. mint leaves, chopped
  • 1 tsp. lime juice
  • 1/2 c. peach nectar
  • 1/2 c. ice
  • 3/4 c. ginger ale

  1. Mix all fruit, vanilla powder, agave, and water together in a bowl. Allow to rest in refrigerator covered for at least 10 minutes.
  2. Finely chop the mint and squeeze the lime juice and set aside.
  3. To make each cocktail, follow the assembly instructions to combine the correct amount of fruit, mint, lime juice, peach nectar, and ice. Add the ginger ale last before serving.

Yield: 2 cups
