This was great! We doubled the mushrooms, used canned tomato paste, used the starch water from the pasta - about 11/2 cups of it. We cut the cream a bit (about 1/3 of a cup) and used cheddar jack cheese that was in the fridge. It was fantastic. I can't imagine how long it would have taken to prep all those veggies without my thrive cans.

My family loved this tonight, even my picky 9 yo loved it!!! I added some of the Seasoned Chicken Slices, I also didn't have the cream so I used Thrive's Sour Cream powder, turned out so good. Thrive lets me cook according to what I have on hand and turns out awesome every time!! Thanks Chef Todd!!!

We really enjoyed this pasta meal. I fed it to our missionaries who came over unexpectedly & found out they didn't have anybody to feed them that day. I had it cooked in no time. I had most of it prepared in a jar.They were very impressed. They gave it 4 thumbs up, plus our 4 thumbs.
I used plain yogurt instead of cream & it was a great substitute

This recipe was pretty decent. It got mixed reviews from my kids - some of my kids were going back for third helpings, while some weren't crazy about it. I didn't have heavy cream on hand, and used a can of evaporated milk instead - it worked ok. Also, I found that I needed to add more water than the recipe stated to avoid having everything totally dry out in the pan.

We LOVE this recipe! It's so elegant, fast, easy and delicious, and thanks to THRIVE I almost always have the ingredients I need within easy reach! It's one of the regular "go-to" recipes in our household.
