Heather's Creamy Taco Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 c. THRIVE Ground Beef (Hamburger) - Freeze Dried
  • 1 c. THRIVE Instant Black Beans
  • 1 3/4 c. THRIVE Sweet Corn - Freeze Dried
  • 1 c. THRIVE Sour Cream Powder
  • 1/4 c. Tomato Powder
  • 2 c. Cheese Blend
  • 2 tbsp. Dry Taco Seasoning Mix
  • 6 c. Water

Directions

  1. Add ingredients to a large pot. Whisk to dissolve the powders. Bring to a boil for 5 minutes, then simmer between 15-20 minutes, stirring often. Heat till thickness is achieved. It will also thicken as it cools. If too thick, add some extra water. Garnish bowls of soup with shredded Cheddar Cheese and tortilla chips
