A twist on a classic Italian dish with all the speed, nutrition and taste you would expect from Thrive Life! Delicious tomato, chicken, and a snappy sauce make this a ten minute dinner that seems like you took hours to prepare.

  1. Get water boiling for pasta.
  2. Rehydrate chicken with 1 cup of hot water.
  3. Rehydrate the tomato powder with 3 cups of water.
  4. Add pasta to water and cook until done.
  5. While pasta is cooking begin by melting butter in skillet and then add the onions and garlic. Saute for a couple of minutes.
  6. Add wine and let the alcohol cook off.
  7. Add the tomatoes and peppers, simmer to rehydrate.
  8. Add Chef’s Choice Seasoning.
  9. Now add the tomato sauce and chicken.
  10. Serve over pasta and top with parmesan cheese.
